Docfactory are a group of multidisciplinary filmmakers who produce documentary films about social issues around the world.
In addition, we also create funding opportunities for both documentary and challenging non-fiction work.
Our mission is to bring awareness, education, and creativity to important topics on the contemporary landscape.
DOCFACTORY’s award-winning portfolio includes KZ and BLACK GOLD, both of which were nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in Documentary World Cinema at the Sundance Film Festival 2006.
KZ went on to win the Audience Award at Amnesty International Film Festival 2006, while BLACK GOLD won the Best Achievement in Production at the British Independent Film Awards 2006.
AN INDEPENDENT MIND is currently screening in Europe having already received the Human Rights Award from Biografilm Festival in Bologna.
DOCFACTORY were executive producers on KZ and AN INDEPENDENT MIND, and promoted BLACK GOLD world wide.
DOCFACTORY is currently producing SHADOWS OF LIBERTY, a documentary feature which explores pivotal moments in the history of the American media.
